I’m doing everything alone. Will I actually get the support I need on your team?
Absolutely. Our model was built by agents who’ve been exactly where you are. You’ll have real-time access to mentors, leadership calls, tech support, and a community that actually answers questions when you need help.
Do I need prior real estate experience to join?
No, our plans cater to all real estate levels, from beginners to advanced agents.
What are the splits?
We have one simple model based on commission split: 10% commission per transaction. (The 10% split does not include the Real Broker split but since you are joining a team you have the option of a $6k cap or $12k cap).
Do I get leads when I join?
Not in this model. We focus on helping you build a business that doesn’t rely on handouts. We’ll train you to convert your own leads using proven scripts, funnels, social media strategies, and automation tools.If we do provide you with a company lead this will be on a 50% referral fee.
What’s the cost to join the team?
It’s simple and transparent. We charge a 10% commission split on your closed transactions. No monthly fees. No surprises. Everyone gets the same opportunity, coaching, and access—no favorites. There are opportunities for discount services which we are negotiating only for our team.
Can I still use my own brand?
Yes. We believe your brand is your asset. Our systems, content, and backend support work with your brand, not over it. We’ll help you elevate your brand and make it recognizable in your market.
What if I’m new to real estate?
Perfect. We have a complete onboarding track designed to help you master the foundations of real estate, from contracts to conversations. You'll also get mentorship and daily accountability to keep you growing.
I’ve been doing this a while but feel stuck. How can you help me level up?

What kind of training do I get?
You’ll get weekly live trainings, on-demand coaching modules, AI tool tutorials, marketing assets, and a team-wide tech stack that includes CRM, social templates, and ads—all built to support how you do business.
How is your model different from other teams?
We’re not building a traditional team. We’re building a community of like minded agents. We give you the skills, systems, and confidence to create consistent production in any market. And we’re always in the trenches with you.
Do I have to attend in-person meetings or be local to join?
Not at all. While we're based in Central Florida, our systems are fully digital. You’ll plug into our live calls, chat groups, and coaching from wherever you are—and still feel deeply connected to the team. If we have a live even or live training available we will make sure you are aware and if you want to join you are more than welcome.
Can solo agents or small teams join this team?
Yes — this model is designed for both solo agents and micro-teams you are partners rather than teams in this model as we can not have a team structure under a team. In fact, we appreciate your hustle. Whether you’re flying solo or running a compact partnership, you’ll get the same coaching, tools, and community—no hierarchy, just equal opportunity and support.
Can I eventually become a coach or mentor too?

Does every agent get Zillow Flex?
No. You have to qualify for Zillow Flex. New agents will have to partner with experienced agents to get access to Zillow Flex.
